Gene Allen, the son of Eugene and Helen Dickerson, was born on April 3, 1958.
He attended public school in Liberty, Texas, and had a passion for playing dominoes, spending time with family and friends; he was often the life of the party.
He lived in Ames, Texas, and his place of worship was St. Miles Baptist Church.
Gene Allen Dickerson departed this life on Thursday, March 12, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Helen Dickerson, Sisters; Debra Baines, Evelyn Dickerson, Igeane McCowan, Alice Orebo; Brothers; Herbert Dickerson, Timothy Dickerson, Thomas Dickerson, Willie Lee Dickerson, Leon Dickerson, Bruce Dickerson, and Willie Wesley Dickerson.
To cherish his memories, Gene leaves behind his five Siblings; Louvenia Hill, Theda Dickerson, Carolyn Mouton (Clifton), Larry Dickerson, and Tracy Dickerson (Jole’) along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
