Gene Raymond "Geno" Phillips, Jr., 58, of Blanchard, passed away on August 1, 2025 in Norman. The son of Gene Raymond Phillips, Sr. and Ella Francis "Frankie" (Brooks) Phillips Carter, Geno was born on November 30, 1966 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
