Kozlowski (nee Kolinski); Loving father of Denise (Jesse) Duffing; Cherished grandfather of Isabella Rose Duffing; Beloved son of the late Witol and Phyllis Kozlowski; Dearest brother of the late Florence (late Edwin), late Carl (late Gladys), and the late Joseph; Dear brother-in-law of sister of the late Dolores (late Bill) Elwood, the late John Jr. (late Ruth) Kolinski, late Estelle (late Edward) Meehan, late Theresa Kolinski, and the late Jim (late Ella Marie) Kolinski; Fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.
