Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry for your loss Sybil and Kathy. We are heartbroken and are praying for you. George was a special man indeed, and we always enjoyed seeing him and visiting with him when he came by the shop. He was so very thoughtful and I (Sandra) can’t look at a fall mum or a geranium without thinking about George. Every time I walk out onto our porch and see the flowers he had given me in the past, they make me smile and think of George. We are proud to have called George our friend. May God...

I am so sorry for your loss and will keep y’all in my thoughts and prayers. I worked on the NCSHP under him in Orange/Durham County. He was an inspiration to me and taught what a true leader was all about!! RIP!!

We knew him as Bennett as my cousin’s husband. He was a wonderful man to all who were lucky enough to know him. One of our favorite memories was being with him & Sybil when we visited Wilmington. Bennett showed us his driving expertise on our way to dinner one evening. My husband John & I laughed that it was fun being in the car as he demonstrated top driving maneuvers of the NCHP. Bennett always took time for family. Heaven definitely gained an angel.

My condolences to Sybil and Kathy. I use to love listening to George’s police stories, he could talk all day about that. He will be missed by all. RIP now you can tell my husband and my Dad police stories.
