Glen Samuel Ogden, passed away peacefully August 18, 2025. Born May 8, 1933, in Delta, Utah, to Thomas Armond and Delilah Utley Ogden. Glen is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Served in many callings from bishopric to herding cattle, he loved to serve.
He loved horses, the mountains, traveling, a people person, friends everywhere he went, the gospel of Jesus Christ. He shared his testimony with everyone. Loved his family!
He is survived by his children Ken (Leanne) Ogden, Jack (Karleen) Ogden, Steve Ogden, Karen (Kent) Boren, Randy (Kim) Ogden, Margie (Steve) Crellin. 31 grandkids, 69 great grandkids & 3 great great grandkids.
Preceded in death by his wife Sheila, grandsons, Samuel and Michael, granddaughters, April and Megan, and one great granddaughter, Madison, and one great grandson, Bauden.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 23, at 10 :00AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 4617 Patriot Ridge Drive, Herriman, Utah. A viewing will be held Friday, August 22, 6:00-8:00PM at the same location and from 9:00-9:45AM for Saturday’s service. Internment will be held at the Delta Cemetery at 2:00PM.
