Ms. Goria Jean Montgomery Merriweather age 69 of Tiptonville, TN. died Saturday, September 20, 2025, at her residence. Arrangements are entrusted with McCreight Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, October 3, 2025, 5:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at McCreight Funeral Home 1607 Hornbrook St. Dyersburg, TN. Visitation will be also held October 4, 2025, 11:00a.m.-11:55a.m. at St. John#2 M.B. Church in Tiptonville, TN. Funeral services will follow at 12: Noon with Rev. Stanley Montgomery officiating. Burial will be held in Citizens Cemetery in Tiptonville, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Survivors include her companion Willie Lee Price of Tiptonville, TN. Son, Christopher Shane (Victora) Merriweather of Union City, TN., Sister, Esther Montgomery, Tiptonville, TN., Brothers, Sammy Montgomery of Union City, TN., Milton Montgomery, Harry (Patricia) Montgomery of Tiptonville, TN., (5) Grandchildren, (4) Great-Grandchildren.
