Grace Chiarizio, 85, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 15th. Grace was born in Philadelphia on May 19, 1936. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Tony Chiarizio. She will he dearly missed by her son Tony Chiarizio (Diana) and daughter Gracie Hoersdig and her brother Danny. Her legacy lives on in her grandchildren, Felix, Heather Deanna and Christian. Her great grandchildren Mya, Alexa, Gianna, Jake, Lily and Johnny. Along with a great great grandchild Axel Ace. She is predeceased by her parents Amos and Mary Paciocco, her sister Norma, and her beloved dog, Muffy.

Grace loved life and lived it to the fullest. She loved spending Saturday’s with her family, she was always ready to celebrate their special occasions. Grace loved spending time at the shore. Her favorite spot was Seaside where she made many memories. She always loved going to Atlantic City with her husband Tony. Grace had a heart of gold. She always put others first. She was always quick to complement you because she loved to make others feel special.

Grace loved her neighborhood Mayfair. She worked at Mayfair school where she was a friend and helper to so many students.

A celebration of life will be held at Grace City church of the Northeast 8950 Ashton Rd, Philadelphia, PA on Wednesday July 21st 2021 starting at 3:30pm, service will begin at 4:30pm. Following, the family would like to invite friends and family to dinner to celebrate Grace’s life.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Grace’s name to Grace City Church Of The Northeast.
