Guided by faith and determination, she created a home filled with strength and resilience that was a sanctuary for her family and all who knew her. Her journey was one of sacrifice, perseverance and quiet triumph, laying the foundation for the generations that followed her.Guillermina lived her life with grace, compassion and humility. Her belief in God’s love and mercy was reflected in the way she treated others with kindness and generosity. Her faith, devotion and love for her family were the principles upon which she built her life and legacy.Guillermina is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Raul Mejia, their two daughters, Grizel (Dean) Mejia-Rattazzi and Lorene (Jason) Mejia Fotter, and her sister Laura Diaz, who carry forward her legacy of faith, strength and resilience. She was also the proud grandmother of Sophia, Marco and Christina Fotter, and Dominic and Giovanni Rattazzi, each of whom brought immense joy to her heart and were blessed to have known the warmth of her embrace.To all who knew her, Guillermina was a quiet force of love and light, selfless and grateful for the simple joys in life. She was always happy to welcome family and friends into her home to share a comforting meal and warm conversation. Her memory will remain a blessing and a guiding light in the lives of those she leaves behind.A Catholic funeral mass will be held in her honor on August 4, 2025 at 1:00PM at the Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary in Mission Hills, California.
