Gwendolyn Marie Bryant, 86 of Chipley, Florida, passed from this life on July 6, 2025, at Washington Rehab and Nursing Center in Chipley, Florida. Gwendolyn was born on December 25, 1938, in Akron, Ohio to Alfred and Beatrice Pyle. She lived most of her life as a resident of Florida. She loved animals. Dogs, cats, horses, and fish. Any kind of animal. She loved them all. She also loved the outdoors. Fishing, boating, gardening, crocheting, sewing, country music and Western movies.  She was preceded in death by her parents: Alfred and Beatrice Pyle. Former Spouses, John Olsen, Earl Ribblett, and Wilton Bryant.  She is survived by her first husband Larry H Ferguson and wife Visitacion of Vero Beach, FL and her 4 children: Larry J Ferguson and wife Pamela of Chipley, Fl; Lori Ferguson and fiancé Mike of Cortland, Ohio; Terry Ferguson and wife Terrie, of Boynton Beach, Fl and  Cynthia Fleming and husband John of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren: Joshua Ferguson, Andrew Ferguson, Rebecca Ferguson, Megan Hern, Zachary Hern, Kyle Hern, Troy Ferguson, Shannon Neaves, Ashleigh Miller; great grandchildren: Madison, Fallon, Pedro IV and Gwendolyn. Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home and Whispering Pines Crematory of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements. A Celebration of Gwen’s Life will be held at a later date.
