To all of Gifford's family I am very sorry to hear the news of his passing. He was a great guy and he always had time to say hello when we live near you all on Davidson Dr. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I got to know know Mr. Gifford Bull because he was my friends Keith and Gary's dad, and through my mother with whom he worked with him at NY Telephone. I wanted to work for the "phone company" like they did. I worked for other telecom companies and when I would meet Gifford at an event he would ask "When are you going to work for a real phone company?", with a sly smile.
