Funeral service for Henry Bailey, Jr. will be Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the St. Mark P. B. Church in Athens, Alabama with Pastor Kenneth Owens officiating. The body will lie in state at the church one hour before funeral time. Interment and committal will be in the Smithfield Cemetery in Elkmont, Alabama.
