Dewayne, you had a positive impact on every person you've ever met. I remember waking up to a flat tire one morning and posting on Facebook that I couldn't get to work now because it. You inboxed me and asked for my address and came right over, aired up my tire and trailed me to Walmart to make sure I made it to get my tire plugged with no issues. You didn't ask for a payment or a favor in return and I'll never forget that. I thought, there aren't very many gentleman like him left. I...

Flora, I am so sorry to hear this very sad news. I remember both of us being pregnant at IDOT at the same time, and trading baby stories after we returned to work. I am holding you and your family up in prayer. May the memories of happy times ease your loss.

Henry "DEWAYNE"'s Obituary

 Henry Dewayne Wells III 35, departed this life on Friday May 22, 2020 at his residence. He was born February 19, 1985 in Springfield, IL, the son of Flora Wells and Henry Wells Sr.

Mr. Wells was Owner & Operator of “Let Us Fix It” for three years.

Henry graduated from southeast high where he was also a quarterback football player, He later furthered his education completed MTI, Lincoln land, and DeVry university 

Dewayne had a heart of gold, he would give you the shirt off his back, if you needed it. He was a momma’s boy and everyone teased him about that. He would just laugh & smile. Wayne loved riding his motorcycle and four wheeler with his guys, as well as fishing when time permitted. A dedicated business owner of “Let Us Fix It.” He was a loyal son, brother, uncle & companion. He will be greatly missed.

He was precede in death; father; Henry Wells Sr. and grandfathers; Andrew Wells and Charles Stout.

He leaves to cherish memories ;mother; Flora Wells of Springfield, IL, companion; Lu’Shonda Guyton of Peoria, IL, sister; Cynthia Wells (Companion) Peron Manning of Springfield, IL, brother; Jeremy(Jaclyn) Dunkirk of Council Bluffs Iowa, grandmother; Afra Stout, aunt; Loretta Stout, great aunts; Clara Haynes of Springfield, IL  and Lucille Horton of Durant, MS.,  nephew; Malik Bell, nieces; Sha”Vonne(Kaylee)Hall of Springfield, IL, Sha’Quoia Coleman, Sha’mira Coleman, Sky Wells-Bell, Rayne Bell, Heaven Bell of Springfield, IL, and a host of  aunts, uncles, cousin, many family members  and friends.
