Herbert's Obituary

 Herb was 85 years old when he passed away at his residence on June 24, 2025.He was born in San Diego, California, April 1, 1940. He was the son of Herbert Leslie and Pauline Evans.

Herb is preceded in death by his son Wolfgang Evans and his Father and Mother.

Herb was a graduate of Chula Vista High School of California. After graduation he honorably served in the US Army. Herb began a career in the glass business, working as a Journeyman Glazier for Pacific Glass Company. Herb and his wife Karin owned and operated a successful glass company named Belboa Glass Company in California were they had a contract Navy base building commercial buildings in the naval yards. Retiring in 1995 he sold the business and moved to Trinity, Texas. Herb was an architect draftsman and had a gift for creating beautiful artwork.

Herb is survived by the love of his life and wife of more than 63 years Karin Evans, son William Evans and wife Rebecca, grandchildren Priscilla Evans, Elson Evans, Jennifer Crete and husband Bryan, Monica Evans, Maddison Evans, Kiersten Evans, three great grandchildren Elliott, Raegan, and Taylor Crete, Brother Mike Evans, sister Jere Flores.

Numerous other relatives also survive.
