Sending you many condolences on the passing of Mr. Stelzer, my warm, fun and generous across-the-street neighbor growing up. My brother always filled me in on his visits with him when he went to Pennsylvania. I am grateful for his service.

He always had a smile when we saw him. We will remember him as a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend who always cared about the other person feelings before his own. He will be missed and remembered by many!
