Not sure what to say?

You will always be remembered by your loving caring ways. You had such a great spirit always happy and there to help others. You were a great wife, mother and friend and will definitely be missed. My heart goes out to your husband and daughters. My condolences to the family.

Dear Elizabeth, Michelle, and all who loved Linda:
So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. My parents loved spending time with your parents back in the 70’s and 80’s. I remember they were even at my high school graduation party back in 1978!
Loved hearing about their favorite places to fish and travel I haven’t made it to Burney Falls yet, but it’s on my list because they raved about it. Your parents were both such lovely people.
My thoughts are with you, may your memories...

Herlinda's Obituary

Herlinda (Linda) Kobashi, 85, of Gilroy, California, best friend and beloved wife of the late Richard Tetsuo (“Tach”) Kobashi for 47 years, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family and friends on December 27, 2024.  She is now reunited with her parents, Augustine and Luz Villalobos, her late brothers, Augustine, Ramon, Robert, Manuel and Wilfred Villalobos, and her late sisters, Ofelia (Paredes) and Cipriana (Martinez).  She is lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Elizabeth Adams and Michelle Kobashi, her granddaughters, Kaia Adams and Madison Leitner, her brother, Stanley Villalobos, her sisters, Carol Engebretson and Alice Trinklein, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Linda will always be remembered for her fun and feisty spirit, her love of cooking and keeping an immaculate home, and for the delicious cakes she lovingly made for so many.  Linda was kind, funny and appreciated the simple things in life.  She enjoyed fishing, casino trips, wine, good food, watching Lifetime movies, and spending time with her friends and family......and let's not forget, she "was #14 of 15 children!"

Linda, we have not lost you. You have become part of each and every one of us.

A private celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 in Gilroy, CA.
