Hilda Senn, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family.
She was a woman of creativity and grace, finding great joy in the art of painting. Her paintings came to life on porcelain and tiles, each piece reflecting her passion and sprit. For many years, she found fulfillment in sharing her gift of painting with those around her.
Seven years ago, when illness touched her life, she could no longer continue her artwork. during this time, she went to live with her devoted sister, Peggy, who cared for her with unwavering love, patience, and compassion. Their bond was deep and unbreakable, a beautiful testament to the love of family and sisterhood.
Above all else, she cherished her faith in Jesus Christ. Her life was a reflection of her trust in Him and the hope she carried for eternal life. She lived with kindness, humility, and devotion, always placing God and her family at the center of her heart.
She will be remembered not only for her beautiful paintings but also for the love she poured into her family and the gentle spirit she shared with everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by father, Herman Senn; mother, Stella Nowling Senn; sister, Shelia Hobbs; nephews, Gary Henderson and Jimmy Berry; nieces, Susan Morris and Kim Harrison.
She is survived by sister, Peggy Henderson and Helen Berry, nephews, Brian Henderson, John Harrison and Greg Harrison, niece, Vickie Harrison.
Funeral services for Hilda Senn will be 11AM Saturday August 30, 2025 at Evans Funeral Home with Ronnie Sexton officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services. Interment will be in Paxton Cemetery.
