Holly Ann Mangelsen

Holly was a successful manager at McDonald's and seemed to do a great job leading a number of young people to be responsible adults. Holly was a great athlete and dedicated to the cause of Ronald McDonald House. Many years ago when I was Ex. Director there, she often won the longest drive for ability hit that golf ball the longest distance. She participated in that fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House for many years. Holly was that person you only had to meet once and she left such an impression, you hoped you could become half the human she was. Our deepest sympathies to the entire Mangelsen family from the Dowell family.

I always enjoyed talking with Holly when I went to the Rockbridge McDonalds. She was so friendly and nice to me. It meant a lot. She will be missed by many.

Holly had a big heart. She was giving. She cared and dedicated her life to being a strong boss. She gave us rides in the snow, gave us birthday gifts, she also gave many second chances. I hope Stella finds a good loving home to forever live at where she is loved just as much as Holly loved her. Holly will always be remembered and never forgotten. RIP.

So sorry for your loss. I was one of Holly's SAI sisters in college. She was certainly loved by all of us.
