Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of his passing. I worked for his son Howard and always asked how he was doing. He seemed to be so full of life and did not let growing old hold him back. I am so sad to hear of his passing and offer my sincerest condolences to the whole family. They will all miss this smart and intelligent man. Deepest sympathies. Peggy Wells

Our deepest condolences. My wife and I lived across from Howard and Mildred in Poughkeepsie and we were very fond of them. Howard always told me how much he enjoyed our Christmas lights. He’d comment you put them up but I get to enjoy them. Loved him.

Hello! Please accept my condolences. My maiden name was Gail Carpenter. I believe I went to school with your Dad’s son Howie, at Spackenkill and Poughkeepsie. He raised a truly good kid! It is sad when we lose our parents. If this isn’t the correct family, please know I am am truly sad for your loss. Peace of mind and heart to you all. Gail

I worked with Howard at IBM in the Education Center in Poughkeepsie, New York. He was always very pleasant, courteous, and a joy to work with. I moved to Hyde Park where I met and became friends with his daughter, Karen and her family. I continued to see Howard and his wife, Mildred, when they visited Karen. They have remained friends for over 50 years. He truly was a wonderful friend and a blessing to all who knew him. He exemplified the Greatest Generation. I will miss you dear friend.

I knew this day would come, but your passing is still a shock to me.
You were a great kindhearted, compassionate person and l thank for our path crossing.
I learnt so much from our friendship which had made me a better person. I will forever miss you. May God grant you eternal Rest.

Well done! A lovely tribute.
