Hugh William Rogan

He always had a smile on his face. He and Fran are such special people. Just found out about his passing from Patrick. Our prayers are with you.

I worked at First Nation City Bank, 399 Park Avenue . There was a transit strike in 1966 . Hugh, knowing I lived in the neighborhood (55 St) included me in his car pool. For 12 days, they picked me up and took me home. Thru the years we would met in the halls of the bank or the neighborhood. I left the bank in 1972 and we lost track of each other. Hughie always treated me with kindness from the time that I was a little child. He and his family lived upstairs from my own family in Bay Ridge. He always made the time to listen to my brother and I and put a smile on both of our faces. It was a privilege to have known this good hearted and gentle man during my lifetime May his beloved family be comforted at this time of loss.

Rogan family, I'm so sorry for your loss. May Mr. Rogan RIP in the arms of Jesus and let perpetual light shine upon him. What a beautiful legacy he leaves in your wonderful family.

I knew Hugh for many years when he was at Citi and I was at Hogan systems. Always proud to call him a friend. Very sad to hear of his passing. He will be missed!

So sad to hear of Hughies passing, he was a wonderful story teller and knew some great Irish tunes. Jack and I spent many good times with Fran and Hughie.RIP our Dear Friend
