Shocked and saddened by this devastating news of my cousin Charles's tragic death. I'm so grateful that once you moved back to Delaware, we took the time over the last few months talking on the phone and recollecting childhood memories growing up together. My condolences to family. Charles was a very good friend of mine. I knew of Charles from my childhood but I got to know him by working at the Department of Veterans Affairs, whenever he had an appointment he would come to my office to visit we would have deep life conversations. Charles was very intelligent, wise in his years a very caring, compassionate man. He was a spiritual man after moving to Delaware we would talk and pray about his situation. May he gain his wings and sleep in peace.....
