Irene and I arrived at our new school, St. Simon, around the same time over 70 years ago . Became friends and remained so throughout these many years. She was loved and will be missed but fondly remembered.

Irene L. Hickle December 4, 1937 - February 17, 2024 The Angels came for our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother and are taking her to heaven. Irene was fortunate to have 5 generations in her family and spend time with all of us. Irene was a devoted member of St Simon Catholic Church since she was a young child. Irene proudly received her Associate's degree from West Shore Community College with her parents and her children there to applaud her accomplishment. Irene was loved and will be missed by the remaining 4 generations. A celebration of life will be held in July.
