Irvin Morgan, Sr., entered into eternal rest peacefully, Monday June 16, 2014. Born to the late Howard and Francis Morgan on July 1, 1943. Brother of the late Howard Jr., Bernel, Earl, AJ, and Delores Morgan. Beloved husband of the Sonja Morgan, devoted father of Irvin Jr., and Gavin Morgan. Also survived by godson Brandon Duplessis and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Dove of Peace Christian Center are all invited to attend the homegoing celebration on Thursday July 3, 2014 at 1:00 pm in The Chapel of The Roses of Charbonnet-Labat-Glapion Funeral Home 1615 St. Philip Street New Orleans, La 70116, Pastor Elizabeth Dannel, officiating.
