Ivan T. Stanislav

Mary, Scott and Mark --I am so sorry to hear the news (so late) of the passing of Uncle Ivan. Ivan was so dear to me and My Dad. (his brother Ben) I will never forget when Uncle Ivan came to our house to help Dad paint it. He was always so upbeat about such a difficult job. I know Dad was grateful for his help and his positive nature. Personally, I am grateful that I had a few conversations with Ivan over the phone over the years. We shared some of our own personal history and struggles...

Ivan was one of my favorite uncles growing up. He was always smiling and happy to see us.

Rest easy Uncle Ivan.

Ivan was my childhood friend as well as my brother. We had ongoing connections, including shortly before he died. Thank you to his wife Mary for making that possible. I love you all.
