This makes me so sad. I knew both Jack and Cody at School Street School. May they both rest in peace. ❤

Jack was longtime friend he loved his family especially his brother cody I had the privilege of loving Jack when we were in high school so young and full of life and adventures ❤ it hurts my heart to see that he couldn't keep living and seeing the world as we should Jack was loved and he will be missed so vary much I pray his daughter will forever keep her dad's spirt alive

Jack's Obituary

Jack Preston Haycock, Jr., age 30, formerly of Farmington and Rochester, NH, died September 12, 2025, at a hospital in Manchester, NH, where he most recently resided.

He was born on February 15, 1995 in Rochester, NH, the son of Jack Preston Haycock, Sr. and Dawn Marie (Cushman) Perry.  

Survived by his father Jack Preston Haycock, Sr., his daughter Navaya,  his mother Dawn Perry, 2 sisters: Trisha Perry and Felicia Carter, his paternal grandmother Linda Haycock, several aunts, uncles and cousins: including the Boisvert family, Loretta, also Ron Gagnon.  

He was predeceased by his brother Cody Jack Haycock, grandfather Bubber Haycock and aunt Christine Armstrong.  

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday September 28, 2025 from 2-4pm at Peaslee Funeral Home, 24 Central Street, Farmington, NH with a service at 3:30pm, family and friends are welcome.  To express condolences, please visit: www.peasleefuneralhome.com
