Not sure what to say?

Oh Phyllis, I am so sorry to hear of Jackie’s passing. I was in Florida at the time and just now have found out. He was such a wonderful man. My heart aches for you. I know Wray and Jackie are up there sharing great stories together. I will keep you in my prayers. Sending hugs.

To Phyllis and family members, Friends are some of the most important people in our life. If you were blessed to know Jackie, you had a friend without asking. He always wore a smile whenever he crossed your path and it immediately became contagious to pass it on. In every shared memory through the years at EHS, your light will continue to shine. "My Peace I leave you, my Peace I give you." Rest in Peace dear friend. Pat Robinholt and family

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. RIP my freind

I met Jackie while playing American Legion baseball after our senior year. We lived a few doors down from each other our freshman year at Indiana State which was the beginning of a lifetime friendship. I never knew a person that didn’t like Jackie. I, along with so many others, will greatly miss him. Rest in peace my friend.

Jackie was one of the first adults I remember as a child. A friend and classmate of my dad's, Jackie always had stories and memories to share. Truly an icon in Edinburgh and one of the most sincere, helpful, and compassionate people. He had so much pride for the school and community and we should be proud and thankful he was such a large part of both. I'll miss Jackie, his hugs, and his stories. He's healed and whole in Heaven with many friends.

My condolences. He was a familiar face around Edinburgh and a kind person.

Jackie was such an iconic part of the Edinburgh community for SO many years. I can still remember his friendly face ALWAYS smiling everyday, going even way back to when I was a little girl playing softball on the summer youth Edinburgh Park and Rec Softball League back in the late 70s and early 80s.

Jackie was a very dedicated and kind soul in everything he did, he never met a stranger, and he made people feel relaxed, loved and cared for. He always wanted to do everything he...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. A great friend. We love you and miss you always. Tommy and Dottie
