Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Fox

Jacqueline Marie “Jackie” Fox, 50, of Clay, died March 26, 2026.

She was born September 30, 1975, at Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Carol and Duane Adkins of Newton and Mark Fox of Dover, Ohio.

Jackie was preceded in death by her brother, Michael D. Adkins.

She was a 1994 graduate of Clay County High School and a former employee of Subway, Elkview.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Nicholas Fox of Newton; three brothers, Kenton Duffield of North Carolina, Duane Fox of Newton and Ronnie Fox of Clay; one sister, Samantha Adkins of Newton; numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 4 at Adkins-Fox Cemetery, Newton.

John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is assisting the family with arrangements.
