I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Bailey. I grew up attending Godwing Heights Baptist Church with the Baxleys and Mr. Baxley was my Sunday School teacher at one time. My prayers go out to the family today.

Brooks Baxley was a man I looked up to while growing up in Godwin Heights. Always a kind word and devout Christian.
Heaven has received another servant.

Sorry about Brooks passing from his earthly home, but know he is with our Lord and some of his close family members..Grew up less than a mile from Brooks and his family, spent lots of time at the Baxley home..you could always have a good big slice of cake that his mother cooked for her family..Many a Sundays spent together at Pleasant Hope Church as we all felt like one big family..Rest in peace Brooks, you were a good person and will be missed by many
