One of the most important people to ever enter my life. I would not be the man (professionally and personally) I am today if not for his wise guidance. I still depend on his lessons in life.

Jim was a wonderful person and he will be missed. Our condolences to Betty Ann and the family.

Bo was my favorite Cop ! He was tough but fair! He loved his family and Gloucester City.He was a very good man.A fine example for our young officers to follow.

Jim was one of the best neighbors you could have, he knew how to do everything. He helped me start my garden and to nurture it. We loved summer nights Jim told us stories about Gloucester from way back! He is going to be missed by all of us, my grandchildren loved running by his porch yelling “Hey Mr. Bobo” truly a wonderful person. Love, The Pino Family

Jim and I were close friends who worked together for many years on the Gloucester City PD. When he was promoted to Sergeant, I was transferred to his shift and grew to admire him as a police officer and a top-notch supervisor. Jim would never ask his officers to do something that he would not do. Anyone who served under Sergeant Bobo was better for it.
