Mr. James S. Boyle Jr., of Warrenton, MO., passed away peacefully, on Monday, August 12, 2019 at his home. Jim was born on August 11, 1940 to James S. Boyle Sr. and Pansy M. (nee: Moore) in Quincy, IL. Jim had reached the age of 79 years and 1 day.
Jim served our country in the United States Army from 1959 to 1964, where he worked as a Heavy Weapons Infantryman. He was married to Sheron Kaye Busby on May 6, 1972 in St. Charles, MO. They celebrated 47 wonderful years together. Jim was an avid baseball and softball fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends at the ball park. He loved St. Louis Cardinal Baseball and Friday night beer ball. Jim worked as a heavy equipment operator for over 40 years.
James Boyle, Jr., was preceded in death by his parents, James and Pansy; one son George Boyle; two grandchildren, Christian Boyle and Trinity Boyle; mother in law, Berta Busby. He is survived by his loving wife, Sheron; five children, Terri Park and husband Jim, Belinda Boyle, Jeff Archer, Jimmy Boyle, Daniel Boyle and wife Pattie; one daughter in law Kerry Payne-Boyle; 18 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way; one sister, Connie Boschert; father in law Raymond Busby; other relatives and many friends.
Visitation for Jim will be held on Thursday August 15, 2019, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home. Celebration of Life services will be held on Friday August 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. Burial will be held at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
