James Nelson Coutz James Nelson Coutz, 73, Flushing, died Thursday, March 23,2023, in Wheeling Hospital. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio, December 22,1949, a son of the late Elmer Coutz and the late Mini Trigg Early. He was a member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Key, Ohio and also attended Flushing Christian Church. An Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, James was employed as a coal miner at the Powhatan # 6 mine. Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents: are one brother, Joseph Bonfini, a sister, Linda Drummond, a sister in law, Elaine Bonfini; two brother in laws, Charles Olinski and James Padgett: Surviving are his wife, Donita Taylor Coutz, a daughter, Jamie(Dean "Pete") Ramsey of Bellaire and a step daughter Kristen (Jamie) Singer, of Holloway; a granddaughter, Taylor Singer, two sisters, RoseMary Olinski of Pleasant City and Cindy Padgett of Neffs; two brothers, Charles Bonfine (Debbie), of Canton and Rick Early (Patty) of Belmont; a brother in law, Samuel Drummond of Bellaire; several nieces and nephews.
