James 's Obituaries
Mr. James Hamil Elkins, Jr., 63, of Fountain, FL, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2019. He was born in Panama City to James Hamil Elkins, Sr. and Bonnie Genevieve Greene Elkins. Mr. Elkins was an electrician by trade and was a member of Lynn Haven Baptist Church. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Elkins is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by one brother, Claude R. Elkins (Tina L.) of Fountain, FL; one sister, Sharon Pippin (Don) of Fairhope, AL; two nephews, James Nathan Pippin (Jennifer) of Fort Worth, TX and Ryan Lee Pippin of Hattiesburg, MS. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m, Friday, August 9, 2019 at Lynn Haven Cemetery with Chaplain Craig Brannon officiating.
