James Goad is a treasure that our town and the people of Carroll County will not be able to replace. James was a true blessing to our family in the care of my Father and more families than I can name.
You will be truly missed. I will always remember your laugh and smile as well as your devotion to your Mother.

Condolences and prayers to the family during this difficult time.
