May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. My mother, Mary, used to say that Jimmy and Carolyn were the best rangers at Thousand Trails Campground. She felt welcomed knowing they were there, always smiling. Forrest continues the tradition with his life and family. Love & Prayers, Tony Vasko, Barbara Vasko, Stan Vasko

Jimmy and I grew up next to each other on Cherokee Road, Hampton, and our mothers Rose and Mary Emily were friends as well as our daughters Heather and Emmy remain friends. Throughout the years I would see Jimmy around Hampton until he retired and moved to Gloucester. I will always remember friends growing up on Cherokee Road during the good old days of 50s and 60s. I never met James but talked to him on the radio for many years on the Virginia Fone Net at 4:00pm and 7:30pm. It was always good to hear what James had been doing that day. My condolences to all of James's family, he will be missed on the radio and I'm sure in his community.
