James Harvey Lowe (a/k/a Jimmie) was born on October 13, 1943 to James and Vera Lowe in Gary, IN.  He quietly passed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 81. His parents and siblings passed before him and he leaves his children and grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews, their children and a host of extended family and friends. Jimmie was a humble man and lived a quiet life. After he served in the U.S. Army, he worked at Inland Steel until he retired. In his younger years, he loved playing softball and taking his kids to the amusement park and movies. He also enjoyed spiritual and action-oriented movies, an avid sports fan and loved cars. He will be remembered and truly missed by his loved ones and embraced by their memories.
