James W. Mattingly, Sr.James W. Mattingly, Sr. died suddenly at his home on Monday, January 17, 2011. He was 62.Born in Trenton, NJ, the son of Clara V. (Rigby) and the late James F. Mattingly, he has been a life long Lower Bucks County resident.Jim was a local softball legend and was a member of the Trenton/Mercer County Softball Hall of Fame. He was an avid Yankees fan.He was a US Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War.Jim loved being with his family and was always there whenever you needed him.Along with his mother Clara, Jim is survived by his loving children, Lisa A. Herzog (Shawn) of Morrisville and James W. Jr. (Doreen); his grandchildren, Heather, Brittany, Cody, Chelsea, Erin and Kira; his great granddaughter, Kirsten and his brothers, Bob of Cherry Hill, NJ and Dave and his wife, Maryann of Langhorne. He will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at James J.
