James's Obituary
James McHugh Jr. passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at his Levittown residence surrounded by loved ones. He was 55. Born in Bristol on September 24, 1961, Jim remained in the Lower Bucks County area. He was a graduate of Delhaas High School. He was a Navy veteran, having served as Petty Officer 3C from 1980-1984 in Grenada. He earned a Chemistry degree from Rider University and was employed by Rohm and Haas, Dow from 1987-2016. Jim was a loving family man, with whom his children came first. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 29 years, Rosemary (nee Lappin) McHugh and their three children, Sean P. (Lizzy), Kenneth P. and Caitlyn A. McHugh. Relatives and friends will be received at the James O. Bradley Funeral Home Inc., 260 Bellevue Ave, Penndel, PA 19047 on Thursday from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. and Friday from 8:30 – 9:30 A. M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 A.M. in Our Lady of Grace Church, Penndel. Interment will follow at 11:30 A.M. in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Jim's memory be made to Caitlyn McHugh's Education Fund, C /O Wells Fargo Bank, 175 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, PA 19055.
