Dolphin Club flag lowered for Jim

The Dolphin Swimming and Rowing Club is very saddened to hear the news about James Morino. Jim was a 75-year club member and famous for his rowing and swimming feats as a youth. In later years Jim was generous in his loyalty, service and donations of historic memorabilia to the club archives. We've lowered our flag to thank and honor Jim.

Jim was my brother-in-law who we have known for over 60 years. He was a true Italian native San Franciscan who was always known for his swimming, rowing athletic abilities and his terrific smile and his kniwl she if SF. He spent many hours at the Dolphin Club in SF in his younger days. We have always admired him and will really miss him. Life won't be the same.
