James Edward Royal, Sr. 94, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at his home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12 Noon until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Mercy Funeral Home and visitation on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the church.His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his sons, James Edward Royal, Jr. of Beaumont, Texas and Leonard Charles Royal of Brenham, Texas; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends
