James's Obituary
James Sopo passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Chelsea Assisted Living in Fanwood, N.J. at the age of 91.
He was born in Funza, Columbia to Conception (nee Silva) and Teodomiro Sopo. James was a resident of Union, N.J. before moving to Warren and recently Fanwood. He was employed as a tool maker at Monsanto Company in Kenilworth until his retirement. James enjoyed ice skating and was a member of a New Jersey Skating Club.
He is survived by his loving children, Jesse M. Sopo and Eva Palumbo and her husband Carlo, cherished grandchildren, Anthony and Nicole. James was predeceased by his beloved wife Maria Sopo.
