James is already missed dearly. He was the goofiest little nerd when we were in middle school. Then grew up to be one of the coolest people I know. I’m so glad I got a chance to reconnect with him before he left this earth. For some reason he felt the need to tell me he loved me, and I’m so happy those were our last words to each other. James Matthew Charles, 43, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, affectionately known as “Tall Folks,” was taken from us far too soon in the early hours of Sunday, August 3, 2025.
