Not sure what to say?

Janice was a truly free spirit. She loved and indulged all of her energy into her family Mom, Dad, Siblings and children. She always found a way to lift others up, and make them feel special and loved, even if she was hurting within her own life (she never complained). I adore her, she always had a positive word and prayer to share and a smile that could light up the sky. She was smart and always seeking to learn new things. There will never be another like her. Hopefully, her children and...

From my perspective, Janice was always someone that was bubbly and caring. As my sister in the ministry, we shared many opportunities to minister to people who were in nursing homes in various Detroit locations. Janice was always eager to help others and engage in positive conversation from time-to-time as she offered words of encouragement whenever the need arose. I will miss, my sister, Janice. However, I am thankful to God for having allowed me the opportunity to get to know this kind,...

Janice, I am so grateful to have gotten to know you. You were always so kind and fun to be with at the family reunions. I got to know your family because of your amazing memory, stories, and commitment to maintaining the legacy of the Potter-Crawfords. I will miss you, and so will your niece Rebekah. Thank you for all of the love you offered her. You were always doing the work of the Lord Jesus, and you were so kind.

Ms Hawkins was a supportive addition to the staff at Kennedy Learning center. She did not hesitate to roll up her sleeves and work with our most vulnerable students.

Learning to save lives together.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Learning how to save life together. She was always ready to learn how to do better to help others, while she helped herself. I will miss her dearly.

Such an affectionate laugh. Janice was such a great woman of God and a real friend. She always k ew what to say and make you feel so much better about whatever you were experiencing. She was a great motivator and loved her family and did what she could to help everyone she came in contact with. I was blessed to have her as a friend.

She was a great and sweet person...Gone To Soon

Mrs. Hawkins, was so nice to me I will always love you
