I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I can remember visiting Aunt Janie when I was at daddy's on the weekends. She was always sweet to me. Heaven got them a good one. I love you all.

Funeral services for Mrs. Janie Estelle Bilbrey, 82 of Cookeville, TN, will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the West Cemetery (South).
Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday evening beginning at 5:00pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bilbrey passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at her home in Cookeville, with her family by her side. Janie was born in Putnam County, TN on June 26, 1943, to the late Emmett & Jessie (Jones) Davis.
Janie is survived by her Husband: Arvile “Red” Bilbrey; Children: Brenda Dabbs, Linda Maynard, and Janet Nash. Grandchildren: April Clouse, Jason Dabbs, Stephen Dabbs, Christopher Zuller, Justin Maynard, and Daniel Paul.
In addition, she is preceded in Death by her sister & brothers: Frank Davis, Junior Davis, Mary Stockton, and Richie Davis
Paul Bearers will be Daniel Paul, David Paul, D.J. Paul, Christopher Zuller, Memphis Zuller, Justin Maynard, Jason Dabbs, and Stephen Dabbs
Bro. Clint Walker will officiate at the service.
