My heart aches that you are not here with me and momma. I miss you and your laugh ❤ I remember our arguments because we were both stubborn but most of all I remember the long rides, being outdoors and your love for buffets and hot wings. Pete has been dear to me since we were kids. He’s technically my 2nd cousin but only 7 years older than I am. He was full of mischief and fun just like most of my Papa Frank Manus’ family. I’ve know JC more than 12 years. We instantly became friends. He was a kind man that loved his family and country. He was proud to be a Veteran. As a retired Army Vet myself we would share stories and laughs over a cup of coffee or lunch. He was a welcome site when he came to visit me at work. A kind soul that cared for everyone.
