Jeanette's Obituary

Ms. Jeanette Broussard Kemper, 64, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in Houston, Texas. 

Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Kemper will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel, 1395 Gladys Street, Beaumont, 77701. A Public Viewing will be held on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. and Visitation on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the chapel, under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont Texas. The practicing of social distancing and Facial Masks recommended.

Obituary

 

Jeanette Broussard Kemper, daughter of the late Leroy and Blanche Broussard, was born on August 9, 1961 in Beaumont, Texas. She passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital. 

Ms Kemper resided in Beaumont, Texas and was a retired program attendant/custodian at Lamar University. 

 

Those who will cherish her memory are: son, Jacobe Broussard (Chantesha) of Beaumont and daughter, Latoya Kemper (Doug) of Houston, Texas; sister, Lou Anna Landry (Charles Landry, Sr.), Ruby Williams, JoAnn Kemper, Carolyn Washington (Earl Washington) and Alice Ford; brothers, Harry Lee Broussard (Elizabeth Broussard) and Charles Ray Broussard, Sr. (Missy Broussard); five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
