Jeanne Gerde

Please accept our condolences to Jeanne’s family. My wife Maggie and I attended the Service today. Jeanne and I worked together at The Boeing Company for many years until my retirement in 2002. It was my pleasure to have Jeanne support me as my executive secretary; she was highly respected and the consummate professional. I could alway count on Jeanne and appreciated her input. She did an incredible job managing the office and me as well. I am saddened by her passing. John Stokes

Jeanne was my best friend. Our friendship began when we were 10 years of age when she and her family arrived in Seattle from France and spanned 65 years. In the beginning we couldn't even speak the same language, but we "clicked." Our childhood years revolved around activities at Saint Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral. Each Sunday my dad would pick Jeanne and her sister Alla up for Sunday School (sister Louisa was too young to go). We had an active youth group and had lots of fun, as well as...

I’m so sorry for the loss of Jeanne. I loved her and always enjoyed visiting with her and Ron whenever I was in Mt. Vernon. I wish I could be there to support Ron and family. Blessings, Lynn Clay

The Waknuk Family has known Jeanne since we were children attending Sunday School at St Spiridon's Church. We all attended Lincoln High School together. Our parents were good friends and enjoyed good fellowship at the church together. Jeanne was a wonderful person and we all loved her and the warmth of who she was as a person. Our love and prayers are with each of you.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Jean was a gracious and genuine lady- always welcoming and always loving. While there's no way to fill the space she left in your family, she did fill that space with love for all of you.
