I am sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. Jeff was my second cousin on the Warren side. My sincere condolences to his family.

I am sorry to read about Jeff. He used to contact me on Facebook and the FB Warren Page as he was interested to know more about his relatives on the Warren side. I would be a second cousin as his dear Mother was my first cousin. l always enjoyed our chats which I will miss. My condolences to his family.

Jeff is going to be missed I met him at dialysis we became good friends.

Jeffery's Obituary

WATERTOWN, NY – Jeffery Dean Patchin, 64, of Washington Street, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Samaritan Medical Center.

No public services will be held.

Jeffery was born on October 26, 1961 in Ogdensburg, the son of John Patchin and Jane Warren. He graduated from Ogdensburg City School District and went on to serve in the United States Air Force. He later worked various jobs, including management at the Jefferson Rehabilitation Center in Watertown.

On May 27, 1991 he married Michelle Howard in Watertown.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle; a son, Michael C. (Blake) Howard, Sr. of Boonville; four grandchildren, Taylor (John) Gokey, Kaylianna Howard, Michael C. Howard, Jr., and Elliott Disotell, all of Watertown; a stepbrother, Michael Crump; a stepfather, William Crump; and a sister-in-law, Cindy (Kevin) Downey.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Michael Patchin who died in infancy, his maternal grandparents, Henry and Cora Warren, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Nancy and Charles Howard.

Jeffrey enjoyed watching wrestling and Storage Wars, and shopping at Walmart. He was a simple man who kept to himself and loved his family.
