Jeffery Louis Payne

Prayers and thoughts for Jeff's family. jeff and I used to run our boats and, ski up and down the St. Johns' river. knew him and his wife Joni from Stromberg Carlson/Siemens. his son Niel was a close friend to my son Danny. Many good memories of Jeff. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Jeff was a great husband and father he will be missed by all who knew him. Rest in Peace my friend.

Jeff was my brother Wayne Saylor’s, 1977 class mate and friend from Lexington Kentucky’s, Bryan Station High School. I knew him as a great guy, and he was liked! May his memories bring peace and comfort, and continue to shine in your hearts.
