Jeffrey Balitewicz, age 43. Late of Chicago. Passed away April 13, 2018.  Beloved son of Carol and the late Thomas Balitewicz.  Loving brother of Rodney (Jim Kotfas) Balitewicz and sister April (Ed). Jeff is also survived by his aunt, uncle, many cousins and friends.  Visitation Friday, April 20, 2018 2-8 pm at the Elms Funeral Home 7600 Grand Ave.(North on 76th Ave.) Elmwood Park, IL.  Visitation and Funeral Services Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 9:30 am until time of service at 10:30 am at the Elmwood Chapel 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery
