Not sure what to say?

The world has lost a gentle soul, a comedian, and a deeply loyal friend. This loss sits heavy on my heart. Jeff and I go back 27 years—he was my first love, my first boyfriend, and a lifelong companion. We shared enough memories to fill a book, and he had a way of making me laugh even in my saddest moments.
Whether he was poking fun at my height or teasing me about being exactly one week older than him, I wouldn’t trade a single second of our time together. To his family and close...

I just learned of Jeff’s passing. My heart is heavy with sorrow. Jeff was much more than just a friend to me, he was like a brother. My life will not be the same with out one of my dearest and closest friends.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. I share you grief and send you my love.

We will miss seeing Jeff bring students to our sites. He was always funny, kind, and great to be around. Our condolences to his family from the State Historic Sites team. We will remember him very fondly.

Iwill always remember Jeff for the love he had for my kids and the way he cared about mom in his own way. Life didn’t always take us down the same path, but he was still my brother, and that bond will always matter.

Jeff worked hard, lived life on his own terms, and found joy in the simple things especially his dogs and the time he spent with the people he loved.

His passing is a reminder of how fragile life is and how important family truly is, even through differences...

Heaven gained another Angel.
Jeff was a very special, best friend of mine over the last 15 years.....we talked everyday....via phone calls, texts and emails.
Jeff was "Mister Comedy Central"......he could make me laugh so hard that I cried :~)))
The beautifully, well written obituary says it all!

I already miss you so very much.

Happy Heavenly Valentine's Day!

RIP Jeffrey
I love you Man!

I worked with Jeff when he came into the Abraham Lincoln Museum. He would always bring a smile to my face. He was always super prepared and would have some good gossip to share. Bus season isn't going to be the same without his smiling face coming in.

Thank you dear friend for taking good care of us. We know you will continue to watch over us. You quickly became family to us and we will miss you greatly. Forever in our hearts!

I got to briefly work alongside Jeff in his role of tour operator. He was well-loved by our museum staff for his reliability, kindness, and his endlessly-friendly nature. His absence this year will be felt heavily, and he is already greatly missed. Sincerest condolences to his loved ones.

Of all you are going through, remember many thoughts and prayers are with you.
Deepest sympathy ♥
