We heard today that Jeff passed. We had just been looking through old photos and were talking about him and wondering how he was doing. We had no idea he was ill. Jeff was such an amazing person. Kerrie and I always enjoyed meeting up with him after he retired and Kerrie loved working with him. When Kerrie first started with the city back 94 they became fast friends.
